I (hereinafter – “I” and/or “User”) agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, using the site: yan.dev.komanda.dev (hereinafter – “Site”) and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Online Platform Yantoswire and/or “Online platform”), when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving feedback, etc., I consent to the processing and protection of my personal data, as a User, in the scope and order, in accordance with the purpose of processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy, posted: LINK TO PROVISIONS ON PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (hereinafter – “Provisions” and/or “Provisions on processing and protection of personal data”).

Why we process personal data

The term “personal data” is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and constitutes a set of information about use, which is defined in the Policy.

We may process your personal data for the purposes and with the purpose specified in the Policy. At the same time, one or more goals can be applied simultaneously.

We act in accordance with this User Agreement, on the basis of the Policy on the processing and protection of personal data and on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine. We have the right to retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose specified in this User Agreement and the Policy.

How we collect information

The purpose, purposes of processing personal data, as well as other conditions for processing personal data are defined in the Policy.

Personal information, as we mentioned above, comes directly from you and with your knowledge. Yes, when you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect information necessary for your participation to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide so that we can place the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you provide so that we can respond, etc.

We also constantly collect general information when you visit our online platform. The process of collecting such data takes place with the help of cookie technologies, as explained below.

Prices and product availability

The description of goods posted on the Online Platform, including the prices indicated on the Online Platform and information on the availability of goods, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, and range of goods available at the seller on the date of shipment. The final price of the goods is indicated in the invoice and/or accompanying documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) when receiving the order. If the product is not available, the seller can unilaterally cancel the order.

Third party service providers

In the course of our work, we contact other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, fulfillment and delivery of orders, provision of customer support, we order from certain agencies the administration of promotional campaigns, data analysis. These agencies may have access to personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than that specified in our User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and we require confidentiality from them.

Updating this Agreement

When you place an order, participate in a promotion, survey, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and the Terms.

We may unilaterally change or update parts of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review the User Agreement from time to time to be aware of changes and updates. All changes to this User Agreement are effective upon posting. If any part of this User Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in effect.
