WireDiam
We obtain black wire from SAE 1006/1008 grades steel. Modern line threads it up to a diameter of 0.8–6 mm, precisely to 1 µm. The thickness of wire gradually thins. It allows saving a strong structure of metal and avoid the appearance of microcracks.
MetalProtect12
Hot zink at a temperature of 450 °C covers metal. It guarantees a layer thickness three times thicker in comparison with a classic galvanizing covering technology. 80g/m² of zink reliably protects the steel wire from corrosion for up to 12 years.
VinylWire
Duly prepared wire is covered with the polyester paint. The paint evenly coats the electrified metal with a layer of up to 120 µm. Formation of solid structure occurs in a polymerizing cabin at a temperature of up to 200 °C. Reference protection and gloss.
