Wire manufacturing.
Wire manufacturing is performed on the modern drawing machines. They set a precise diameter using unique WireDiam technology. This is how we produce wires from 0.8 mm to 6.0 mm.
Heat treatment.
Heat treatment of wires is performed at a temperature of 860°C using HeatWire technology. After six hours in the heat-treatment furnace, wires are gradually cooled down in the heat-insulated chamber. This ensures plasticity for convenient work with wire.
Anti-corrosion protection.
We apply galvanized zinc or PVC for corrosion protection. Additional coating helps to extend the wire's durability by up to 15 years and significantly broaden its areas of use.

WireDiam
We manufacture black wire from SAE 1006/1008 steel. Modern line threads it up to a diameter of 0.8 - 6 mm precisely to 1µm. Thickness of wire gradually thins. This maintains the strong structure of the metal and prevents the appearance of microcracks.
HeatWire
We anneal the steel wire in a furnace at a temperature of 850 °C. As it cools, the steel slowly gets the required strength and ductility properties. The wire is now much more convenient to work with, which significantly broadens its areas of use.
MetalProtect12
Galvanized zinc coats the metal at a temperature of 450 °C. This ensures that the layer is up to three times thicker than with conventional galvanic coating technology. 80 g/m² of zinc effectively protects steel wire against corrosion for up to 12 years.
VinylWire
High-quality PVC coats the black wire tightly at a temperature of up to 320 °C. The coating's resistance to temperature extremes and weathering ensures long-term performance. No cracking or corrosion. No maintenance issues.
