We manufacture the wire.

We thread wire from SAE 1006/1008 steel with a diameter of 6.5 mm. To the diameters from 2.7 mm for 3D sections to 6 mm for 2D (Duos) sections. Incredible precision of WireDiam technology.

We protect with zink.

We protect wire with a layer of hot zink up to 80g/m². MetalProtect12 technology ensures better adhesion and up to 250% more thickness of coating in comparison with galvanizing.

We cut and weld.

Automatized modern line cuts wire to rods of the needed length. Welding is performed at a temperature of 1,400 °C. It ensures durable connection and spatial rigidity of the fence.

We paint.

The section is degreased in alkaline solution and dried. We cover with polyester paint PolyDye360° and polymerize. Reliable protection and aesthetic view for years.

WireDiam

We obtain black wire from SAE 1006/1008 grades steel. Modern line threads it to a diameter of 2.7-6 mm with an accuracy of 1 µm. The thickness of wire gradually thins. It allows saving a strong structure of metal and avoid the appearance of microcracks.

MetalProtect12

Hot zink at a temperature of 450 °C covers metal. It guarantees a layer thickness three times more in comparison with a classic galvanizing covering technology. 80g/m² of zink reliably protects the steel wire from corrosion for up to 12 years.

PolyDye360°

Duly prepared wire is covered with the polyester paint. The paint evenly coats the electrified metal with a layer of up to 120 µm. Formation of solid structure occurs in a polymerizing cabin at a temperature of up to 200 °C. Reference protection and gloss.

What is the difference between a 2D and a 3D fence section?

The 2D section is made of three bars, two horizontal and one vertical between them. It is usually chosen for objects where the fence will bear a certain load, for example, sports grounds, or advertising banners or artificial landscaping will be attached to the fence. A 3D section consists of one horizontal bar and one vertical bar, but has triangular bends, the so-called stiffeners. They give the sections additional strength and stability. Stiffeners help to maintain the fence's shape during strong winds, mechanical loads or impacts, preventing deformation.

How much does the price of a section made of 3, 4, 5 mm wire differ?

Since the production of sections from wire of different diameters requires different resources, the price of sections is based on the material used to make the product. Therefore, the percentage price of a fence made of 4 mm wire will cost approximately 30% more than a fence made of 3 mm wire, and a sectional fence made of 5 mm wire will cost 40% more than a fence made of 4 mm wire.

Does the colour of the fence affect the price?

No, the colour of the fence does not affect its price. The cost of a fence is determined primarily by the material, coating quality, wire thickness and design features, not by colour. We use the modern PolyDye360° colouring technology, which allows us to produce high-quality coatings in various colours without additional production costs. Therefore, the choice of colour does not increase the cost of the sectional fence and you can choose any of the available colours without any changes in price.

Is there a galvanised fence in the Yantoswire range without painting?

No, we do not manufacture or sell galvanised fencing without an additional protective coating. All our fences have a coating that provides additional protection against corrosion and increases their service life. We use galvanised materials as the basis for our products and apply an additional polymer coating that gives the fences a more aesthetic appearance and enhances their resistance to external influences. This allows us to provide reliable protection against moisture, wind and mechanical damage. Can I cut the sections to my own size?
